Hario Switch - Full Immersion Recipe

The Hario Switch dripper is a versatile brewer, that allows you to have the best of both immersion and drip filter brewing. The switch allows you to control and adjust the brew from a straight out filter to a full immersion.

Here we use the Switch similar to Hario's intentions to get a full immersion brew from a classic V60. We have used Johan & Nystrom's Fika coffee on a 16:1 ratio, 16g Coffee to 256g water.
